I told Nate Fisher that I wanted my house sold within 30 days by the end of October 2022 since interest rates were already up to 7%. He had an aggressive strategy and reacted to the daily changing market conditions to get showings booked up. Once there was an offer on the house, Stephanie Stone was fantastic to work with and laid out every step of the process for a smooth flow all the way through closing. She also did all of the negotiating with the buyers. I told them I want to sell my house in under 30 days and they delivered!

This was my first time buying a home in a very difficult market. Under the Good Home Team, I worked with Will Solorzano. We spent 3 months looking for homes and made over 20 offers. This was due to going against 20-30 offers on each home we made offers on. He has a lot of experience with the home market such as the appraisal process (as he is being trained) and was able to assist me in creating strong offers based on great comparables. He also utilized his team and their experiences to assist me with my offers.
